Recipe preparation steps

Heat the ghee/butter/olive oil slightly in a pan and fry the minced meat in it.


Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. Wash the peppers, chop them into small cubes and add them to the pan with the onion.


Also add the chopped tomatoes to the meat.

Add the vegetables to the meat and cook until soft.
