Low Carb Spinach Omelette

Black Pepper
Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil
Tomato
Fresh Spinach 2
Wholemeal Rye Bread
Whole Chicken Eggs (L)
Recipe preparation steps
Bake the bread in a toaster.
Remove from the toaster, place on a plate and add the spinach on top.
Grease the pan with oil and heat it. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork. Pour the mixture into the pan.
When the egg is set, divide the omelette in half and fold each part into a cube so that it fits on a slice of bread.
Place the omelette on the bread and eat it with the tomato.
Season with your favorite spices.
