Recipe preparation steps

Halve the avocado, remove the pit from one half and cut into strips.Wash the cucumber and cut into slices.Wash the peppers and cut into strips.Wash the tomatoes and cut into 2 halves.

Add the herbs (if fresh, chop finely first) to the yoghurt, add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

Briefly toast the bread in a pan or in a convection oven or toaster until crispy.
