Whole Chicken Eggs (M)
Full-Fat Quark Cheese
Ground Almonds 2
Chopped Hazelnuts
Chopped Walnuts
Sunflower Seeds (Shelled)
Erythritol
Baking Powder
Recipe preparation steps
Preheat the oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat or 140 °C fan oven.
Put eggs, erythritol, and cream cheese in a bowl and beat until creamy.
Add almonds, baking powder, hazelnuts, walnuts and sunflower seeds to the mixture.
Pour the batter into 4 muffin tins.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
