Recipe preparation steps

Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips.Wash the ginger and cut into small cubes. If you don't like ginger, you can leave it out.Rinse the meat under cold water.Drain the mung beans through a sieve.Drain the bamboo shoots through a sieve.

Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the meat, seasoning it with salt and pepper. Remove the meat from the pan.In the same pan, we now briefly fry the peppers, ginger and tomato paste.
