Recipe preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat or 140 °C fan oven.

Peel the carrots and grate them finely.Place the carrots on a sieve so that they can drain.

Put the eggs, cream cheese and vanilla pulp in a bowl and beat until creamy.Add the almonds, baking powder and erythritol.
