Recipe preparation steps

Kalafiora myjemy, dzielimy na różyczki i gotujemy w wodzie aż zmiękną (ale uważamy, żeby się nie rozgotowały). Gruszki obieramy, kroimy w kostkę i mieszamy z kalafiorem. Następnie dodajemy jogurt, sok pomarańczowy i oliwę, całość mieszamy. Na talerzu układamy liście sałaty, posypujemy rzeżuchą i nakładamy gotową sałatkę.
