Zucchini
Turkey Breast with Skin
Red Bell Pepper
Dark Soy Sauce
Tomato Concentrate 30%
Olive Oil
White Salt
Black Pepper
Recipe preparation steps
Wash the zucchini, remove the flesh and cut into spaghetti strands using a spiral cutter.
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips.
Heat some butter/olive oil in the pan.
Cut the meat into strips and fry in the pan.
Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, lightly fry the pepper strips until they are soft.
Add tomato paste, the soy sauce, 100 ml water, paprika powder, salt and pepper.
Put the zucchini spaghetti in the pan and cook "al dente".
Finally, add the meat and heat briefly.
