Recipe preparation steps
Cut the radish into thin slices and add a little salt.
In a bowl, make the dressing with the quark, salt, pepper, parsley, oil, and sherry vinegar.
Mix the dressing with the radish.
Season the cottage cheese with lightly roasted walnuts, vanilla pulp and lemon juice.
