Recipe preparation steps

Posiekaną cebulę podsmażamy na patelni na rozgrzanym oleju. Przekładamy do miski i mieszamy ją razem z mięsem, odrobiną suszonego czosnku, koncentratem pomidorowym, bułką tartą, całym jakiem, suszoną natką pietruszki, ziołami prowansalskimi, solą i pieprzem. Formujemy kulki i podsmażamy na patelni. W międzyczasie w garnku podgrzewamy sos pomidorowy z dodatkiem ulubionych przypraw (np. sól, pieprz, tymianek). Dodajemy kulki i dusimy na małym ogniu przez ok 20 minut. Makaron gotujemy wg instrukcji na opakowaniu, przekładamy na talerz i zalewamy zawartością garnka.
