Low Carb broccoli casserole

Cooked Pork Ham
<i>Crème Fraîche</i>
Whole Chicken Eggs (M)
Gouda Cheese
Olive Oil
Ground Sweet Paprika
White Salt
Black Pepper
Recipe preparation steps
Cook the broccoli in a pot until al dente.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat or 200 °C.
Heat some olive oil, cut the ham into small cubes and fry briefly in the pan.
Chop the onion into small pieces.
Add the onion and broccoli to the pan with the ham and fry everything briefly.
Season with nutmeg, paprika powder, salt and pepper.
Put the egg in a bowl and mix with the crème fraîche, salt and pepper.
Pour the contents of the pan into a casserole dish and pour the egg mixture from the bowl over it.
Sprinkle the vegetables with cheese.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
