Couscous salad

Parsley Leaves 2
Chicken Breast Fillet 2
Couscous Groats
Red Bell Pepper
Greenhouse Cucumber
Wine Vinegar
Olive Oil
White Salt
Hot Paprika (Ground)
Black Pepper
Recipe preparation steps
Chop the parsley stalks.
Bring water with salt to a boil.
Cover and cook the couscous for about 5 minutes.
Dice the red bell pepper and the cucumber.
Cut the meat into pieces and fry in oil. Deglaze with 2 tablespoons of water and sambal oelek/hot paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the couscous, bell pepper, cucumber, white wine vinegar, and some chopped parsley, and season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
Serve the couscous salad with the meat.
