Wholemeal Rye Bread
Semi-Fat Quark Cheese
White Salt
Black Pepper
Recipe preparation steps
Wash the radishes and cut them into small pieces.
Also cut the fresh chives.
Mix cottage cheese with radish and chives.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chop the walnut and sprinkle on top or eat separately.
