Vegetable salad with egg

Whole Chicken Eggs (M)
Wholemeal Rye Bread
Olive Oil
Red Bell Pepper
Butterhead Lettuce
Cucumber
White Salt
Black Pepper
Recipe preparation steps
Boil enough water in a pot to cover the eggs.
When the water starts to boil, add the eggs and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
Wash the vegetables under running water and cut into small pieces.
Rip the satay into small pieces with your hands.
Peel the eggs and cut into strips.
Mix all ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add olive oil.
Eat with bread.
