Low-Carb Berry Porridge with Almonds
Ingredients - 6
Almond Milk
Ground Almonds 2
Chopped Almonds
Erythritol
Psyllium Husk
Strawberries 2
Recipe preparation steps
Put the almond milk in a saucepan along with all the almonds and the erythritol. Heat everything and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, add the psyllium husks and remove the pot from the heat.
Wash the berries of your choice, drain and add 2/3 to the warm porridge.
Pour the porridge into a glass and garnish with the remaining berries.
