Recipe preparation steps
Wash chicken breasts thoroughly, cut into small pieces, season. Melt oil in a pan, add chicken and fry.
In the same pan, add the coconut milk to the chicken. Simmer everything together over low heat until the sauce thickens and reduces slightly and the chicken becomes tender.
