Recipe preparation steps
Rinse the chicken breast, dry it and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Heat some oil/butter/ghee in the pan and fry the meat until golden brown.
Then remove from the pan.
Peel the onion, halve it, cut it into rings and fry it in the pan.
Remove the seeds from the pepper, cut it into pieces and add it to the onion.
Season the vegetables with paprika powder, salt and pepper to taste and fry until al dente.
Then deglaze the vegetables with the cream.
Add the chicken breast and let it heat up.
