Stuffed Chicken Breast with Spinach

Frozen Spinach
Processed Cheese
Chicken Breast Fillet 2
Cherry Tomatoes
Olive Oil
Ground Sweet Paprika
White Salt
Black Pepper
Recipe preparation steps
Place the spinach on a sieve, let it thaw, squeeze it a little with your hand, put it in a bowl and season with cream cheese, paprika powder, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Rinse chicken breast and cut a pocket in each, fill with spinach mixture, and wrap with kitchen string.
Put a little butter/ghee/olive oil in a pan and lightly fry the breast on both sides.
Put the washed cherry tomatoes in the pan, fry briefly, put the lid on the pan and cook/simmer for 30 minutes over a low heat.
Finally, season the breast and tomatoes with paprika powder, salt and pepper to taste.
