Onion
Frozen Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes
Whole Chicken Eggs (M)
Ricotta
Dried Basil
Ground Sweet Paprika
White Salt
Black Pepper
Recipe preparation steps
Preheat the oven to 160°C fan or 180°C top and bottom heat.
Peel and finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with a little oil for 5 minutes.
Add the spinach, nutmeg and paprika powder. Season with salt and pepper and fry/cook for a further 5 minutes.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into 4 pieces.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork.
Add the tomato pieces, ricotta, basil, and fried spinach to the eggs and mix everything together.
Grease 2 casserole dishes with a diameter of approx. 10 cm with a little butter/ghee, fill them and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
