Recipe preparation steps

Season the fish, drizzle with olive oil and top with lemon slices, then place in an ovenproof dish.

Chop the leek and add to the fish. Bake the whole thing for about 30 minutes at 180 °C.

Cook the rice until soft, add the puree and season.

Steam the broccoli.
