Are there color options available?
Currently, the bundle is only available in our signature black and teal colorway.
How heavy is the entire bundle package?
The shipping weight of the entire exercise bundle is approximately 65 lbs (29.5 kg).
Do the bands come with ankle straps?
Yes, the band set includes two padded ankle straps and a door anchor for versatile workouts.
Can the bundle be shipped internationally?
Currently, we only ship the physical exercise bundle within the United States and Canada.
How long does shipping take for the bundle?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Does it require assembly?
Only the adjustable dumbbells require minor assembly to slide the plates on; everything else is ready to use.
Can the resistance bands snap?
Our bands are made of multi-layered natural rubber for extreme durability, but they should be inspected regularly for wear.
Does the bundle include a jump rope?
A speed jump rope is currently included as a free bonus item in the standard exercise bundle.
Are the dumbbells sold individually or as a pair?
The bundle includes a pair (two) of adjustable dumbbells.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send a free replacement.
