Pancake with Mozzarella and Bacon
Ingredients - 8
Whole Chicken Eggs (M)
Ground Almonds 2
Psyllium Husk
Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil
Pork, Boneless Bacon
White Salt
Black Pepper
Recipe preparation steps
Beat the eggs with a fork until frothy and add the almonds and psyllium husks.
Drain the mozzarella, chop finely and mix in.
Bake 2 pancakes from the batter in a pan (with a little oil/butter/ghee to grease).
In another pan, fry the bacon until crispy.
Serve each pancake with bacon on top.
