Recipe preparation steps

Put the almond milk, chopped almonds, ground almonds, erythritol and cinnamon in a saucepan and heat.


When it starts to simmer, stir constantly for 2 minutes.


After 2 minutes, add the psyllium husks and take the pan off the heat.

Wash the berries and drain them.


Stir 70g, or two thirds (2/3), of the berries into the warm porridge.


Pour the almond porridge into bowls/glasses and garnish with the remaining berries.
