Doprawiam solą, dodaje listki laurowe, ziele angielskie i ząbek czosnku. Gotuję mniej więcej przez 90 minut. Warzywa i przyprawy wyławiam, zastawiam w garnku tylko fasole i ziemniaki. Zupę miksuję blenderem dodając śmietanę lub mleko kokosowe.
