Aubergine with Ham and Cheese

Cottage Ham
Eggplant
Grated Emmental Cheese
Olive Oil
Ground Sweet Paprika
White Salt
Black Pepper
Recipe preparation steps
Preheat the oven to 160°C fan or 180°C top and bottom heat.
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Cut the ham for the cat into small cubes.
Fry the onion and ham in a pan with a little olive oil.
Season with paprika powder and a little salt.
Wash the eggplant and cut it lengthways into slices. The eggplant will yield about 5-7 slices.
Place the slices on a baking sheet/baking paper.
Spread the onion and ham mixture over the slices, sprinkle with pepper and grated cheese and bake for about 10 minutes.
