Recipe preparation steps
Preheat the oven to 140°C fan or 160°C top and bottom heat.
Mix the quark, egg, erythritol and vanilla pulp until creamy.
Grease 2 baking tins/casserole dishes with butter/ghee.
Pour half (1/2) of the mixture into the 2 baking tins.
Wash the blackberries and place them evenly in the baking tins.
Then distribute the rest of the mixture evenly between the tins.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
