Heat the pan.Add a little oil.Crack the eggs into the pan and fry them to your liking.You can crack the eggs, reduce the heat to minimum and cover the pan with a lid, then you don't have to turn the eggs over.

Slice the tomato.Put them on the bread and you can put an egg on top or eat it separately on a plate.Season the eggs with a little salt and pepper to taste.Sprinkle the top with chives.
