Eggs with tomato and chives

Whole Chicken Eggs (M)
Wholemeal Rye Bread
Olive Oil
White Salt
Black Pepper
Recipe preparation steps
Heat the pan.
Add a little oil.
Crack the eggs into the pan and fry them to your liking.
You can crack the eggs, reduce the heat to minimum and cover the pan with a lid, then you don't have to turn the eggs over.
Slice the tomato.
Put them on the bread and you can put an egg on top or eat it separately on a plate.
Season the eggs with a little salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the top with chives.
