Recipe preparation steps

Do ciepłego mleka (250ml) wsypać drożdże i wymieszać, odstawić na 5 minut (świeże rozrobić z odrobiną mąki i cukru). Mąkę przesiać do miski, dodać cukier (łącznie 50g) i szczyptę soli. Wymieszać, zrobić wgłębienie, wlać w nie mleko z drożdżami i wymieszać łyżką.Następnie zacząć wyrabiać ciasto dodając jajko i 2 żółtka. Po ok. 5 minutach wyrabiania dodać 70 g masła i dalej wyrabiać (ręcznie, hakiem miksera planetarnego lub w maszynie do chleba) przez ok. 10 minut aż ciasto będzie gładkie i sprężyste. Przykryć folią i odstawić na 1 i 1/2 godziny do wyrośnięcia.Po tym czasie wyłożyć ciasto na stolnicę lub blat i wygniatać przez chwilę pozbywając się pęcherzy powietrza. Ciasto podzielić na 2 części i każdą rozwałkować na placek o wymiarach 30 x 30 cm. Placki z ciasta kolejno smarować pozostałymi 70g roztopionego masła i posypać mieszanką cynamonu, cukru wanilinowego, drobnego cukru i startej skórki z połowy cytryny.Zawinąć ciasto w roladki i każdą pokroić w poprzek na 12 plasterków o grubości ok. 2 cm. Wszystkie ułożyć na dużej prostokątnej blaszce z zachowaniem odstępów. Odstawić na ok. 45 minut do wyrośnięcia.Piekarnik nagrzać do 180 stopni C. Wierzch bułeczek posmarować roztrzepanym z mlekiem jajkiem i piec na złoty kolor przez ok. 20 minut.Po upieczeniu ewentualnie polać lukrem: zagotować sok z połowy cytryny, dodać półtorej szklanki cukru pudru i wymieszać. Uwaga! Liczba porcji powstałych z przepisu: 8. Pozostałe porcje możesz użyć w kolejnych dniach, dzięki czemu nie musisz gotować codziennie .
