Mięso mieszamy z pokrojoną w kostkę cebulą i drobno pokrojonymi warzywami. Wszystko razem zagniatamy z białkiem, przekładamy do garnka, zalewamy bulionem warzywnym, dodajemy listek laurowy, pieprz czosnek, sól i gotujemy na małym ogniu ciągle mieszając.
