Turkey meatballs in dill sauce
Ingredients - 10
Ground Turkey
Basmati Long Grain White Rice
Skyr – Icelandic Yogurt
Whole Chicken Eggs (M)
Cow’s Milk 3.2%
Garden Dill
White Salt
Black Pepper
Recipe preparation steps
Add the egg and spices to the meat: pepper, paprika, salt and a spoonful of dill. Mix everything well.
Form meatballs from the meat.
Pour just enough water into the pot to cover the formed meatballs (this amount of water should be used to make a sauce at the end of cooking) and bring to a boil.
Add allspice and bay leaf to the water and throw in the meatballs.
Cook everything for about 15-20 minutes.
While the meatballs are cooking, cook the rice in another pot according to the instructions on the package.
Pour milk into a glass, add yogurt and flour.
Mix everything and pour into the meatballs, stirring constantly.
Finally, add the remaining dill.
