Bodybuilding is widely interpreted, and most individuals who engage in strength training consider themselves bodybuilders. They lift weights, increase their strength, and when asked which chest muscles they train, they say it's the large ones. Why does a person with great strength not possess an impressive physique, and why does someone with an impressive physique not possess as much strength as one might think? The answer is straightforward: these two individuals train in fundamentally different ways, and the differences are visible in subtle details.
Strength training
Strength training and bodybuilding training have a lot in common, of course, but they will certainly both have different priorities, a different way of performing the exercises, and will be governed by completely different laws. Before starting any training, it is also important to familiarize yourself with the process of supercompensation. The strength trainer usually does not and should not rely on a perfectly carved bodywork that reveals the most precise details and the smallest bodywork, but their priority is not the start of the physical activity.
