A well-structured dietary plan for someone who engages in regular running is essential for athletic achievement. Running, as an endurance-based activity, places significant metabolic demands on the body. Consequently, it is imperative to effectively replenish the muscle and liver glycogen stores that are heavily depleted during strenuous training sessions.
Runner's diet
Truism is that the longer the distance you want to run, the more energy you will need to reach the goal. Not without reason, however, the diet of a runner should also be rich in carbohydrates, which provide the body's energy for activity, while those eaten after the distance lead to the rebuilding of muscle glycogen. A runner's diet, like everyone else, should be diverse, nutritious and nutritionally rich. However, in order to create energy savings for healthy animals, it is also important to calculate the following nutritional needs of the body: the total dietary intake of fish (CMPs) and the total intakes of its nutrients from the body to the dietary sources of the rest of the organism.
