The nutritional profile per 100 grams of raw material is as follows: the energy content amounts to 679 kilojoules (equivalent to 162 kilocalories), protein constitutes 1.6 grams, fats account for 0.34 grams, while total carbohydrates reach 38.2 grams, of which 24.1 grams are attributed to prebiotically active dietary fiber with well-documented health benefits.
