What are microelements?
Mineral components are essential for the proper course of metabolic processes. They have a variety of functions, both regulatory and building. It is worth mentioning that the human body consists of more than 50 elements, which make up more than 4% of the body's weight. In nutrition, such elements are classified into two main categories: macroelements, microelements and ultrafine elements (cobalt, molybdenum, nickel, vanadium), the role of which is not fully understood.
