The human body can be subjected to immense overloads, and the fact that it has a high tolerance threshold does not imply the necessity of its excessive utilization... From what source do motor function disorders originate
The following factors can cause motor function disorders: - pathologies that do not affect us (different types of congenital diseases); - accidents caused by chance (all kinds of traffic accidents, falls from great heights, etc.); - overloads due to movement restrictions (exercising outside the correct range of motion); - absence of a closed circuit (exercising with incorrect technique, in an inappropriate position); - adaptive errors (lack of adequate rest, unbalanced diet, no warm-up).. We have practically no influence on the first two points (a, b).. No one can predict whether we will collide with a car on the way to work or tear a ligament while playing basketball.. Similarly, we have no significant influence on which diseases will be passed on to us in our genes.. Fortunately, the first two points account for no more than 4% of all causes of dysfunction that can be found in gyms.. We have a much greater influence on the next two points (c, d).. It is a matter of working on proper technique and mobilizing movement-restricted structures.. We also have a great influence on the last point (e), but committing these errors does not significantly affect the development of motor function disorders.
