Frequently asked questions
How does the checker know what clashes?
We use rules based on scientific research on absorption, e.g. that coffee reduces iron uptake and calcium competes with magnesium.
Can I stop a medicine based on this?
No. The checker only suggests timing. Discuss any medicine change with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do I need blood test results?
No. Lab results are optional. If you add them, you get extra tips tailored to your results.
Can I add prescription medicines?
Yes, including thyroid, diabetes, cholesterol, heartburn and blood-thinning medicines. Risky combinations get a clear warning.
Is the checker free?
Yes, completely free and no account needed. You can print the result or save it as a PDF.
