The purpose of our training activities is to achieve the expected results. However, on our path towards our goal, we often encounter a lack of development. Such a lack of progress is called stagnation. It is a state that leaves us feeling disappointed and requires specific actions. Only the application of an appropriate strategy will allow us to overcome obstacles and return to our original path. Let us thoroughly examine the causes of training stagnation, the methods we should apply to combat it effectively, and most importantly, how we can prevent it.

Providing the appropriate amount of rest and relaxation between workouts is key to our progress. If we don't give our body enough time to recover, it will inevitably lead to fatigue. If we don't take this into account in our training, we'll quickly become overtrained.
