In this article, I intend to take up a topic that requires expansion, as I believe there is still a lack of comprehensive information on this topic. It's easy to find nutritional advice on what to consume, how much, and when. However, by focusing on nutrition, we often neglect the appropriate exercises. Not questioning the significance of diet and proper nutrition, without which it is not feasible to supply the body with all the essential nutrients for growth, I would still like to highlight the potential of training for development and emphasize the often overlooked aspect of this field.
The work plane of the chest
Starting with the response to the question about the work plane of the chest, let us select two and assign them the appropriate angles of motion. When it comes to the horizontal plane, movement pertains to the external load in relation to our body. Here, we can distinguish two movement options: – weightlifting (e.g., weightlifting or dumbbell training while lying down, using different incline angles on the bench); – stretching exercises (e.g., chest stretches). When it comes to the vertical plane, we have a wide range of exercises to choose from, which primarily include pull-ups, also known as dips, and overhead dumbbell lifting while lying down. Taking into account the aforementioned possibilities of determining the direction of the movement plane, adjust the training so that the muscle is evenly addressed at every angle and in the vertical and horizontal planes.
