Maple sap, often referred to as Canadian liquid gold, is less common in Poland than in its countries of origin: Canada and the United States, yet it is attracting an increasing number of advocates due to its rich natural composition, which offers more than just sugar!
Clone syrup
It is not entirely certain how the idea of making clone syrup juice from sweet and aromatic syrup originated. The art of cloning was learned from Indian settlers who arrived in North America.[1] Currently, Canada accounts for about 80% of the world's clone juice production, of which nearly 91% is produced in the Quebec region.[2] The syrup is made from all species of clones, i.e. sugar clone (Acer saccharum), black clon (A. nigrum ), salted clone ("A. rubrum") and silver saccharine juice ("A". saccarinum").
