Due to the loss of nutritional value during industrial processing, manufacturers are permitted to fortify their products with vitamins. However, it is advisable to prepare juices independently using high-quality kitchen equipment to ensure the retention of bioactive compounds, dietary fiber, and natural enzymes—without unnecessary simple sugars or preservatives.
