Das traditionelle japanische Gericht aus fermentierten Sojabohnen, bekannt als Natto, ist ein fester Bestandteil der täglichen Ernährung in Japan, wo sowohl sein charakteristischer Geschmack als auch seine vielfältigen gesundheitlichen Vorteile geschätzt werden. Thanks to this form it can be added to many foods, both salty and sweet, including soup, salads or yogurt. Fermented soy can be found in stores with oriental or organic food.
