Preparation time: 10 Minutes
1.
Preheat the oven to 160°C fan or 180°C top and bottom heat.

Place a baking tray on a baking sheet and lay out wrapping paper. Form 2 circles with the cheddar on the paper. Put this cheese in the oven for 10 minutes. Then place a wooden spoon/cooking spoon in the middle and turn it over. Wait until the cheese has hardened as it cools.
3.
Heat some ghee/butter/olive oil in the pan and fry the minced meat in it. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Wash iceberg lettuce leaves and shake dry.
5.
Cut the avocado in half. Peel 1 half and cut into strips.
6.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
7.
Put the Greek yoghurt in a bowl and mix with paprika powder, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
8.
Fill the two cheese tacos with the salad, avocado slices, minced meat and tomatoes and garnish with the yoghurt dip. |
