Low Carb Turkey with Vegetables
  • 200 x Gram ( 200 g )

1.

Peel the onion, cut it in half and cut into strips.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms and onion.

Rinse the meat with cold water.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the meat, alternatively on an (electric) grill.

The meat can also be cut into small pieces.

Add a little salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the vegetables with the meat.
