Peel the onion and chop the garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté gently.

Wash the zucchini, cut into small cubes and put in the pot. After 3-6 minutes, add the water.

After 10 minutes of cooking, the zucchini should be soft. Now puree everything finely. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the cream to the plate. |
