Low Carb Zucchini Soup

Low Carb Zucchini Soup
  • 1 x Piece ( 600 g )
  • 300 x Mililiter ( 300 g )
  • 1 x Piece ( 170 g )
  • 1 x Tooth ( 25 g )
  • 1 x Tablespoon ( 10 g )
  • 3 x Tablespoon ( 30 ml )
  • 1 x Teaspoon ( 5 g )
  • 0.5 x Teaspoon ( 2.5 g )

Preparation time: 35 Minutes

Peel the onion and chop the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté gently.

Wash the zucchini, cut into small cubes and put in the pot.

After 3-6 minutes, add the water.

After 10 minutes of cooking, the zucchini should be soft.

Now puree everything finely. Season with salt and pepper.

Finally, add the cream to the plate.
