Recipe preparation steps

Peel the onion, cut it in half and cut into strips.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms and onion.

Wash the zucchini and cut into 1-2 cm thick strips.

Wash the bell peppers and cut into thin strips.

Add everything to the pan with the onions and fry.

Season everything in the pan with paprika powder, oregano, marjoram, tarragon, salt, and pepper.

Finally, you can optionally add some cream.

Rinse the meat with cold water.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the meat, alternatively on an (electric) grill.

The meat can also be cut into small pieces.

Add a little salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the vegetables with the meat.
