Preparation time: 15 Minutes
1.
Mix yogurt with olive oil, oregano, salt and garlic.

Finely chop the meat (it will cook faster), sprinkle with salt, season with curry and paprika powder and cook the meat cut into cubes in the curry seasoning. By cooking we mean heating the pan, adding the meat and 50-100ml of water and covering so that the meat simmers gently until it is soft.
3.
Cut the pepper into strips, the mozzarella into cubes, the olives and the tomato into slices.
4.
Spread the pancakes with the yogurt-garlic sauce.
5.
Lay out a lettuce leaf.
6.
Put sliced olives, tomato, mozzarella, meat and peppers. Roll tightly, wrap in plastic wrap. |
