Egg and avocado spread sandwich

Egg and avocado spread sandwich
  • 2 x Piece ( 102 g )
  • 4 x Slice of bread ( 120 g )
  • 0.5 x Piece ( 70 g )
  • 1 x Tablespoon ( 25 g )
  • 3 x Piece ( 45 g )
  • 1 x Tablespoon ( 5 g )
  • 1 x Pinch ( 0.1 g )
  • 1 x Pinch ( 0.1 g )

Preparation time: 10 Minutes

1.

Bring a pot of water to a boil.


When the water starts to boil, add the eggs and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Peel the avocado.

Put the flesh in a bowl. Add the yogurt.

Season with salt and pepper.

Peel the eggs.

Put them in a bowl with the avocado and use a fork to mash everything together until smooth.


Put the avocado paste on the sandwiches, sprinkle with chives and eat the radishes with it.
