Preparation time: 15 Minutes
1.
Peel the potatoes. Peel the carrots. Peel the onion. Grate everything, salt and leave for 5 minutes. Place in a sieve and press lightly to squeeze out excess water/natural juices.

Rinse the thyme with water, pluck the leaves and add to the grated vegetables. Also add the eggs, millet flakes and sifted flour. Add salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
3.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the pancakes for 3-5 minutes on each side. Serve the pancakes with applesauce. |
