  • 1 x Small piece ( 130 g )

Quarter the tomatoes.

Finely chop the garlic cloves and onions.

Cut the peppers into thin strips.

Slice the eggplant.


Place everything in a heated pan with oil and tomato paste and fry lightly.


Cut the meat into small pieces.

Pour water over the vegetables in the pan, add the meat, and cook briefly until the meat is cooked.
