Koriander (Coriandrum sativum) zählt zu den am häufigsten genutzten Gewürzen weltweit und wird seit der Antike aufgrund seiner gesundheitsfördernden Eigenschaften geschätzt. Celery is valued not only for its flavour and health properties but also for protecting food products from microbiological degradation. The main chemical compound of celery affecting health and disease treatment is linalol, a terpenic compound, while the oil from the seed of coriander is the world's second most widely used essential oil with antimicrobial action against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, some yeasts, dermatos and fibrous fungi [1, 2].

The cranberry is cultivated

It is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Italy, currently cultivated in Central and Eastern Europe, the Mediterranean (Morocco, Malta, Egypt) and Asia (China, Pakistan, India and Bangladesh). It grows best on light soils, without irrigation or with minimal involvement, between October and February. In the early stages of its growth, it requires a cool climate, but when it reaches maturity it is better served by warm weather.

The cranberry is pregnant

Celery has been used for centuries, and reports on the safety of its consumption and its derivatives indicate a rather low risk of adverse reactions. Current scientific data do not pay much attention to the consumption of celery by pregnant women, but it is worth mentioning that sometimes excessive consumption can lead to allergies [4].

What's the use of the stove?

Celery is used as a spice in culinary practices both its 35 mm diameter round seeds and leaves. Both forms of celery are available as fresh and dried, whole and melted. The seeds can be used as spices for broths and any type of cooked food, as well as for the pressing of essential oils. The leaves, on the other hand, can serve as a seasoning for almost any dish, and for additives such as sauces and marinades.
